01. Application
Electric melting and holding furnace is mainly used for melting and holding of aluminum alloy. The furnace adopts electric heating, and the heating element adopts high-temperature resistance belt. The electric heating method is noiseless, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Suitable for metal die-casting, casting,degassing and slag removal before liquid die forging, alloy preparation, uniform organization, temperature adjustment and other process.
02 . Equipment Features
Electric crucible furnace features:
1. Furnace bottom structure: The furnace bed is made of lightweight bricks + castables. A liquid leakage port is set at the bottom of the furnace . After the crucible breaks, the aluminum liquid flows along the "pot" to the liquid leakage port and flows out of the furnace smoothly. This can reduce the penetration of aluminum liquid into the furnace bed and furnace wall.
2. Resistance Belts: Use high temperature iron-chromium-aluminum resistance wire, the material is 0Cr21AL6Nb. The maximum operating temperature of this resistance belt is 1300 ℃. It does not deform when used at high temperatures and has good oxidation resistance.
