Degassing principle

The aluminum liquid is stirred by the controlled rotating graphite shaft and rotor. At the same time, the measured inert gas is pressed into the aluminum liquid through the rotor and broken into tiny bubbles, which are evenly dispersed in the molten metal, and the gas partial pressure of the bubbles is zero. Because of the high partial pressure of hydrogen in the liquid aluminum, the hydrogen in the liquid aluminum is constantly diffusing into the bubbles. At the same time, some of the non-metallic inclusions in the aluminum liquid are adsorbed on the surface of the bubbles, useless hydrogen and some inert gas bubbles attached to non-metallic inclusions float to the liquid surface. After the treatment is completed, the slag can be skimmed to achieve the purpose of removing hydrogen and oxidized inclusions. The inert gas can either be supplied by the gas supply center or by gas cylinders placed close by. This degassing principle is also recognized, with high efficiency and good effect. It doesn't affect the production process, can improve the purity of aluminum liquid in a very short time, reduce the scrap rate, improve the mechanical properties of castings, and enhance the competitiveness of products. This is something that cannot be achieved with traditional degassing methods.
