CHY-02A Aluminum Liquid Qualitative Hydrogen Measuring Instrument
Surface observation with naked eyes + qualitative hydrogen measurement by specific gravity method
Hydrogen is the only gas that is dissolved in large quantities in liquid aluminum.
Due to the presence of hydrogen, aluminum castings are very susceptible to defects such as pinholes, porosity, etc., which cause the mechanical properties and internal quality of castings to be greatly reduced.
Therefore, it is necessary to determine the hydrogen content in the aluminum liquid simply, directly and quickly before pouring to ensure that qualified castings are obtained.
CHY-01A Aluminum Liquid Qualitative Hydrogen Measuring Instrument is a qualitative testing instrument for detecting hydrogen content in aluminum liquid developed based on the Straube-Preiffer test principle (Vacuum gas test, also known as decompression solidification test in China).
